On March 3, Mayflower will kick off its first annual congregational survey!
The Church Council and Leadership Team are seeking to understand the needs of members, evaluate our progress in achieving the strategic goals the congregation approved in 2015, and identity areas where we may need to dedicate additional time and resources. The survey is critically important to Council and Leadership Team and we would love everyone to participate. Your opinion counts.
The survey is available online and in hard copy, and you will have an opportunity to talk with Council members on March 3 to learn more about the instrument and complete the survey at that time. You can also complete it in the privacy of your home, when you have enough time to review all of the questions and can provide thoughtful answers.
The survey will close on April 5, to provide the Council and Leadership Team with enough time to review the results so that we can present the key findings to the congregation at the May Annual Meeting.
