Building Rentals

Mayflower UCC welcomes community groups to our church building. We have a convenient location and attractive rooms, which we strive to provide at affordable prices.

Fees for room rentals are for half-day use. Events should conclude no later than 9:00pm with the building vacated by 9:30pm.

Sanctuary: $350; Seats 350
Chapel: $200; Seats 120
Narthex Room: $60; Seats 30
Fireside Room: $150; Seats 65
Dining Room: $225; Seats 250
Youth Room: $125; Seats 130
Kitchen: $135
Small Classroom: $45/each; Seats 10
Large Classroom: $75/each; Seats 25
Custodial overtime: $20/hour/staff person
DVD/LCD projector: $10/each
