Sunday Morning Adult Learning Communities
All are welcome to the Sunday Morning Adult Learning Communities that meet weekly between worship services, September 18, 2011, through May 22, 2012, except on Sundays with only one service. You can participate in a Learning Community for any one Sunday session or attend on a regular weekly basis.
Contemporary Theologies (Room 209) Have you noticed how often confusing moral dilemmas come up these days, and how hard it is to put your convictions into words? Are you ever frustrated when people seem to be doing wrong, yet claim to be guided by "Christian Values?" Would you like to become a clearer moral thinker and a more articulate advocate? If so, please join us at one or more of our weekly discussions, guided by The Cambridge Companion to Christian Ethics, Robin Gill, Ed., Cambridge University Press, 2001. If that sounds too serious, just stand outside the door and hear how often we laugh! Please order the book on your own. Contact:
