Confirmation

Confirmation offers 9th grade youth the opportunity to explore the Christian faith and to ask spiritual questions. At Mayflower, the program builds a bridge between the unfolding faith of a child and the active faith and ongoing spiritual journey of an adult.

Young people receive support, encouragement and the prayers of the entire Mayflower Community, no matter where their seeking leads them. Classes are held two evenings per month for two hours. An ordained leader joins with lay leaders in guiding the youth. In addition, caring adult members serve as mentors, joining with their mentees numerous times throughout the year.
