All ministry team leaders are invited to an important training event. If the chairperson is unable to attend, it would be great to send another team member. A light lunch will be served. Scott Galbraith will train all of us on the use of the Dining Room audio visual equipment. Celeste will provide a review of the room scheduling and communication processes. Howard Bell will lead a discussion of useful resources for leading small groups for conducting the business of the church including agendas, keeping and distributing minutes, and decision-making processes.
