Fellowship Groups
Small groups at Mayflower provide an important opportunity to make lasting friendships, to share the joys and challenges of different stages of life, and to develop a community of support. Fellowship groups continually evolve based on the needs and interest of members. Any Mayflower member is welcome to organize a new fellowship group.
Women’s Fellowship This informal group of senior women meets the fourth Wednesday of each month from noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Fireside Room. Meetings include conversation with a Mayflower minister, occasional presentations on topics of interest, performances by children—and dessert! All senior women are welcome. For more information, contact Margie Drake at (612) 729-4958.
Retired Men’s Breakfast Mostly retired, but definitely not tired, this group meets the first Tuesday of each month from 8–9 a.m. at Curran's Restaurant at 42nd & Nicollet Avenue South. The only requirement for attending is to have some association with Mayflower Church, either past or present. And it helps to have strong opinions about a broad range of subjects, able to be freely expressed. Laughs and conversation are the hallmarks of this group. For more information, contact
