n. 1. The experience of knowing that you are enough. That you overflow with enoughness. 2. God’s favor
Ex. I bask in the grace of God
Dictionary.com sends me a word every day. As someone who works intimately in the world of language, I find it important to have some intentionality around expanding my vocabulary.
Today’s word of the day is grace.
You get reminded of your responsibility to the world, even if implicitly, on a daily basis. And while we do have one, as you read this, I don’t want you to think about that.
I want you to open yourself up to experiencing the grace of God.
I want you to open yourself up to the truth that you are enough.
Even in all your mistakes, all the ways you fall short, all the ways you could do more.
When was the last time you allowed God’s grace to wash over you?
Take a deeeeep deep breath with me.
You are enough.
You overflow with enoughness
I invite you to say to yourself:
I am enough.
I overflow with enoughness.
I bask in the grace of God.
