Women of a Certain Age
Meets third Wednesday of the month, September–May
Fireside Room at Mayflower, 9:30–11 am
This warm and welcoming community of women – mostly retired from various jobs — connect, learn and support each other. Our participants are skilled at finding excellent speakers from Mayflower or elsewhere who can help us explore stimulating topics and activities. Recent programs have focused on travel to Cuba, addiction and a Russian Museum tour.
Senior Men’s Breakfast
Meets first Tuesday of the month
Curran’s at 42nd & Nicollet, 8–9 am
This lively group offers a safe and supportive place for “seasoned” men to share personal stories and profound insights about anything. We meet at Curran’s, an unpretentious, diverse, and welcoming venue.
Young Adults
Meets first Thursdays of the month
Young adults meet monthly to share thoughts on life and faith—and just to have fun. Group members host in their homes. Contact: Rev. Christian Briones
Dementia Caregivers Happy Hour
Meets third Monday of the month, 6 pm via Zoom
Many members are helping a neighbor or family member with dementia, daily or on occasion, near or far. Join us to unwind, have a bite and find confidential support with those of us in similar situations — what’s said at happy hour stays at happy hour! Contact Dawn Baker for the Zoom link.
